When do I actually get paid?

$500 upfront when a deal closes — paid weekly. Then another $2,000–$3,000 when the homeowner's system installs, typically 30–45 days later. About 65% of closed deals install, so backend checks stack up fast.
Do I need to find my own leads?

Never. We provide all leads directly into your dialer every shift. Every contact is a real homeowner with a confirmed high electric bill. You focus entirely on conversations.
What equipment do I need?

A computer or laptop, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace. Our dialer and CRM are fully browser-based — no software installs required. A headset is recommended but not required to start.
Is this W2 or 1099?

1099 independent contractor. No taxes withheld — set aside roughly 25–30% of earnings for quarterly taxes. You run your own schedule and are paid purely on performance.
